Our Story

Fancy & Classy didn’t begin with a new idea about events. It began with experience organising them.

Since 2018, our journey in the events industry has been taking shape through Eminence Business Media, organising pharmaceutical conferences and professional gatherings across international markets. Along the way, one thought kept coming back: why limit this experience to just one industry?

That question eventually led to the establishment of Fancy & Classy in 2021.

Founded by three partners, the company was created to take our experience beyond pharmaceuticals and work with businesses across different industries, each with its own people, priorities, and reasons to bring them together.

What started as an extension of our event management experience has grown into a team planning and managing corporate events across different industries.

Our Founders

Fancy & Classy was founded by Guneet Hayer, alongside partners Ravnish Juneja and Suryansh Rana, bringing together three individuals with different strengths, perspectives, and a shared ambition to take their event management experience beyond the pharmaceutical industry.

Creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement have been part of their approach from the beginning. Each brings their own ideas and expertise to the business, contributing to how the company makes decisions, approaches challenges, and builds relationships with clients.

Together, they continue to shape the direction of Fancy & Classy, combining fresh ideas with the practical experience needed to bring them to life.

Our mission is simple. We want our clients to experience their own events, not spend them worrying about everything happening behind the scenes.

We want them to enjoy the conversations, celebrate the moments, and be as present as the people they have invited, knowing that every detail is being taken care of.

And for everyone attending, we want to create an experience that makes them feel there is no better place they could be at that very moment.
